On Sunday, 4 May 2014, the ladies of Portland’s Westminster Presbyterian wore hats to celebrate the church’s100th birthday! Jessica wore her “black Titanic” chapeau purchased years ago at the Royal British Columbia Museum’s Titanic exhibit. It was such fun they decided the fashion should be unsinkable — let’s bring hats back!
